At Critter Camp we keep records of all of our customers and their pets.
If you’re registering a pet that has camped with us before, please select “Returning Client,” and you only have to fill in the fields that we’ve underlined.
Please fill in any fields where there have been changes (ie. – address, home phone, etc.).
Your email address is required to receive your automatic confirmation and allow us to contact you if a need arises.
To arrange a pick-up or drop-off on a Sunday, holiday, or between the hours of 6:00 pm and 8:00 am,
            please call Critter Camp at 806-655-8444 during office hours at least twenty-four hours in advance.
You’ll be able to speak with a real person to set the off-hours appointment & to discuss additional costs.

Please remember that we must have an official copy of your pet’s vaccination record prior to check-in.

Between 7pm and 10pm you may text only to us at: 806-655-6661.

Late-day, Early-morning, Sunday, or Holiday fees may apply.

Regular check-out time is 1:00 pm.

Check-out time is 6:00 pm for pets.

Remember…

We must receive your pet’s current vaccination records prior to its stay at our facility.

DOGS: Parvo, distemper, bordetella, and rabies vaccinations are REQUIRED.

CATS: Rabies, FELV, and FVRCP vaccinations are REQUIRED.

For convenience, ask your veterinarian to send your pet’s records to us by fax at 806-655-6888.

Returning clients please know that the records that we have on file for your pet may have expired since your last visit.
